Personal Concierge — How the Service Works
We are not a travel agency and do not work on a commission or affiliate basis. We offer a personal planning and coordination service built on our team’s on-the-ground knowledge of Georgia, while bookings and payments stay directly between you and the provider.
خطوات الخدمة
- الخطوة 1 — الاستشارة والتخطيط (تُدفع مسبقاً وغير قابلة للاسترداد): أخبرونا بتواريخ سفركم وعدد أفراد المجموعة وما ترغبون بالقيام به. نقوم بالبحث وصياغة برنامج رحلة مخصص لكم. تغطي هذه الرسوم وقت التخطيط، وهي غير قابلة للاسترداد لأنها تعكس العمل المُنجز بغض النظر عن النتيجة النهائية.
- الخطوة 2 — المراجعة والموافقة: نشارككم مسودة برنامج الرحلة للمراجعة، ونعدّلها حسب توفر الأنشطة في تواريخكم.
- الخطوة 3 — التواصل المباشر مع المزودين: بعد الموافقة، نرسل لكم روابط الحجز أو جهات التواصل المباشرة للفنادق والأنشطة. الحجز والدفع يتمّان مباشرة بينكم وبين المزود — معظم حجوزات الفنادق تتم مباشرة بدلاً من منصات مثل Booking.com، ما يعني غالباً سعراً أفضل لكم. تذاكر الطيران غير مشمولة ويتم حجزها بشكل منفصل من قبلكم.
- الخطوة 4 — تنسيق النقل: نساعدكم في التواصل مع سائق مناسب ضمن شبكتنا في جورجيا وتأكيد توفره لبرنامج رحلتكم. يُضاف رسم تنسيق قدره 50 دولاراً أمريكياً ضمن المبلغ الإجمالي، ويتم الاتفاق النهائي على النقل مباشرة بينكم وبين السائق.
- الخطوة 5 — الدعم أثناء الرحلة: بمجرد بدء رحلتكم، يمكنكم التواصل معنا مباشرة عبر واتساب للمساعدة في التنسيق أو تغييرات الجدول أو الترجمة. الخدمة متوفرة يومياً من 8:00 صباحاً حتى 8:00 مساءً لتغطية الانطلاقات المبكرة مثل كازبيغي وغوداوري.
Service Steps
- Step 1 — Consultation & Planning (prepaid, non-refundable): Tell us your travel dates, group size, and interests. We research and draft a custom itinerary. This fee covers planning time and is non-refundable regardless of outcome.
- Step 2 — Review & Approval: We share the draft itinerary for your review and adjust it based on availability for your dates.
- Step 3 — Direct Contact with Providers: Once approved, we send you booking links or direct contacts for hotels and activities. Booking and payment happen directly between you and the provider — most hotel bookings go direct rather than through platforms like Booking.com, often meaning a better price. Flights are not included and are booked separately by you.
- Step 4 — Transport Coordination: We help you connect with a suitable driver from our network in Georgia and confirm availability for your itinerary. A $50 coordination fee is included in the total, and final transport arrangements are made directly between you and the driver.
- Step 5 — In-Trip Support: Once your trip begins, reach us directly via WhatsApp for help with coordination, schedule changes, or translation. Available daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM to cover early departures like Kazbegi and Gudauri.

لتسهيل الأمور وتجنب التحويلات المتعددة أو الرسوم البنكية الإضافية، نطلب تحديد برنامج رحلتكم الكامل واحتياجات النقل مسبقاً، حتى يتم الدفع بمعاملة واحدة. بعد تأكيد المبلغ الإجمالي، يمكنكم الدفع عبر:
- موني جرام (الطريقة المفضلة): أرسلوا مباشرة عبر تطبيق MoneyGram من بلدكم. لا حاجة لزيارة فرع، والرسوم عادة أقل من التحويل البنكي الدولي.
- تحويل بنكي: مباشرة إلى حسابنا التجاري، Kartuli Card LLC (بنك جورجيا). يرجى اختيار خيار “المرسل يتحمل جميع الرسوم” (OUR) حتى يصلنا المبلغ كاملاً.
Payment Options
To keep things simple and avoid multiple transfers or extra bank fees, we ask you to confirm your full itinerary and transport needs upfront so payment can be made in a single transaction. Once the total is confirmed, you can pay via:
- MoneyGram (preferred): Send directly via the MoneyGram app from your country. No branch visit needed, and fees are usually lower than an international bank transfer.
- Bank transfer: Directly to our business account, Kartuli Card LLC (Bank of Georgia). Please select the “sender pays all fees” (OUR) option so the full amount reaches us.

Important Information
- The planning fee covers planning time only; activity and transport costs are listed separately within the total amount.
- We do not work on a commission or affiliate basis — booking and payment happen directly with the provider.
- Flights are booked independently by you.
- All fees listed are net amounts — any transfer commission is the sender’s responsibility.
- Translation support or help with unexpected situations during your trip is available via our direct concierge line (shared after payment is completed), daily from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with emergency calls accepted outside these hours.
