It showcases around 70 authentic, traditional regional eco-dwellings and farm structures brought from 14 distinct ethnographic zones across the country, spread naturally along a forested hillside.
Proximity to transit and city center: Located in the foothills of Mtatsminda park ridge. It can be reached via a taxi ride up the mountain road from the city center, or by riding the Vake Park cable car to Turtle Lake and walking a short path down to the museum site.

Information for Families & Hikers

For Families: The museum provides a spacious, completely traffic-free green space that is highly peaceful and excellent for casual walking. Children can interactively explore the farm structures and old tools. However, because the park is laid out across a sloping hillside, pushing heavy strollers uphill along the gravel and dirt pathways can become tiring.

Good to Know

General entry tickets cost 5 GEL for international adult visitors. The museum operates from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, is strictly closed on Mondays, and final admission tickets are cut off 30 minutes before closing time. Because the museum is fully outdoors with significant uphill walking on loose gravel and soil, wearing comfortable running or athletic shoes is highly recommended.
