Welcome to Caucasus Business Directory (the “Website”, “Platform”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a business directory service focused exclusively on Georgia and Armenia.
By accessing or using our Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Description of Service
We provide an online directory that allows businesses operating in Georgia and/or Armenia to create and manage business listings. The Platform is operated from Georgia and is intended primarily for users and businesses in the Caucasus region.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
- Businesses listed must be legally registered and operating in Georgia or Armenia.
- Only authorized representatives of a business may create or manage a listing.
3. Account Registration
- To list a business, you must create an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it promptly.
4. Business Listings
- All information submitted in listings must be truthful, accurate, and not misleading.
- You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and promote your business listing on the Platform.
- We reserve the right to review, edit, reject, or remove any listing that violates these Terms, our quality standards, or applicable law.
- We do not verify the accuracy or legitimacy of listings, although we may conduct basic checks. Users and businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their information.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Submit false, fraudulent, defamatory, or infringing content.
- List businesses outside Georgia and Armenia.
- Engage in spam, advertising manipulation, or fake reviews.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform.
- Violate any applicable laws of Georgia, Armenia, or international law.
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
- Use the Platform for illegal purposes.
6. Intellectual Property
- The Platform, its design, logos, and content (excluding user-submitted business information) are owned by us or our licensors.
- You retain ownership of your business content but grant us the license described above.
- You warrant that your listings do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
7. Fees and Payments
We may offer free and paid listing options. Paid features are subject to separate pricing terms. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
8. Disclaimers
- The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”.
- We do not guarantee that listings will generate leads, sales, or visibility.
- We are not responsible for any interactions, transactions, or disputes between users and listed businesses.
- We do not endorse any business listed on the Platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Georgian law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms or your business listings.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and remove your listings at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Tbilisi, Georgia.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
